Shipping & Returns
Most items at Dunmiers offer free to low-cost shipping. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout, prior to the completion of your order. Items that require special handling and large, heavy items, may incur additional shipping charges. If any additional shipping charges apply to your order, they will be displayed at checkout, prior to completing your order. Most items are shipped with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Items that require special handling and large, heavy items, a Freight Delivery Service may be used.
Orders received by 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the following day. It is important to note that once you have placed an order and we have processed that order, we are generally unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Some orders require a signature at the time of delivery. Please inspect the item for damage before accepting the delivery. If there is damage, and you decide that you do not want the item, write "Damaged" on the receipt and refuse the delivery. The carrier will then return product. If you have refused the delivery, please notify us here.
If you sign and accept delivery, you are agreeing that it has been received in good condition. The carrier will then return the product back. If you sign for and accept a delivery, you are agreeing that it has been received in good condition and that you accept the shipment.
At this time we can only ship to street addresses in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories). We are unable to ship internationally.
Please note that delivery companies do not guarantee delivery dates for shipments that experience a delay due to weather, or other delays beyond their control. In the event your order is delayed, with your tracking number you can check for the updated delivery status on the carrier’s website. Also note that delivery services or Dunmiers, do not refund shipping costs due to shipping delays, weather delays, or carrier delays.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that there are times when you need to return something that you have purchased, so we make our return policies as hassle-free as possible.
You may return most items within a thirty (30) day period.
If the item you received is damaged, or you need replacement parts, please see special instructions below.
To start a return, you can do so here. The item must be new, unopened, and in unused condition, including its original packaging and instructions. To return an item, pack it securely in a sturdy box. Remove any old shipping labels or bar codes labels. Please enclose a copy of your email order confirmation, so we know who is returning the item. You can ship it back with any carrier you prefer. We recommend that you insure the package, and use a shipping method that provides you a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we did not ship. Shipping charges to send the item to you are non-refundable, except in the rare occasion that the wrong item was shipped or if the item was damaged during shipping.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gas-powered equipment, items that contain fluids, chemicals, or electronic items. Gas-powered equipment includes but is not limited to: Pumps, Mowers, Generators and Pressure Washers. Gift cards, custom made or cut items, or special-order items. Items needing repair or replacement may be covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty. Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned, even if it they have been drained.
Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
During the normal shipping process, an item may get small scuffs, or get slightly dirty. This is not considered damaged. Damaged items or mis-shipped items must be reported within 10 days of delivery. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs when an item is damaged or mis-shipped. Please contact us for instructions on how to proceed here.
Return shipping costs will not be paid by Dunmiers when returning an item due to dissatisfaction with the product, or because you changed you mind. We can replace damaged or mis-shipped merchandise. To get a replacement, please reorder the item you need, and return the damaged or mis-shipped item for a refund.
Dunmiers will gladly supply any missing parts to you at no charge. Please inspect your package when it is delivered and notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. You can notify us here.
Shipping services accept responsibility for your package upon pick up. In the event that your order is lost during shipment, please notify us here. We will then contact the carrier and open a case to trace the package. If the carrier is unable to locate the package and once the case is resolved, a full refund will be issued.
