RTS Companies US Inc. Warranty (RTS Plastics Tanks)

RTS Companies US Inc. (RTS Plastics Tanks) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods set forth below.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
- Aluminum components
- Tri-color laminated plastic panels
- Galvanized steel posts and frames – warranted against the spread of corrosion or rust, for a period of one year
- Plastic components
- Graphics

All warranty periods begin on the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover defects, which are merely cosmetic, but is limited to defects, which result in structural failure, including structural failure due to material corrosion or deterioration. This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism, abuse, lack of maintenance or improper installation.

No person except Seller’s President shall have the authority to alter this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Upon presentation of a valid claim within the applicable warranty period, Seller shall at its option repair or replace the defective part or parts FOB point of manufacture, excluding labor costs. This remedy is Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall Seller be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claims made within the above stated warranty periods must be made promptly after discover of the defect. A part is covered only for the original warranty period. Once the warranty period on the part has expired, the warranty on any replaced or repaired part also expires. After the expiration of the warranty period, you must pay for all the parts, transportation and service charges.

RTS Companies US Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in whole or in part.
