Was just curious if the bulkhead on 70 Gallon Low Profile Tank Custom Roto Molding 70 LPRT could be offset to one side of the tank? such as bottom left or right of the long side of the tank?
Yes, we can install the bulkhead drain whever you need it. Just let us know where you want it.

does this tank have the ability to empty completely from the bottom? I can't see where the drain is.
Thanks for the question! The bulkhead drain can be installed centered, at the bottom of the short side, or centered, at the bottom of the long side. If you look at the picture, there are flat spots at the bottom of the tank, and that is where the bulkhead drain would be installed. The drain is at the lowest part of the tank at those locations, but it would not fully drain, maybe down to the last 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, unless the tank was put on a slight angle. Another option would be, if you had a way to elevate the tank, we could install the bulkhead drain on the bottom of the tank.

Thanks for the question. This tank does have a lid, but you can get it without a bulkhead drain installed. The lead time is currently about 7 days. Thank You.
